Lapis is a combination rock type of Calcite, Lazurite & Pyrite. It is a stone of Inner truth, Purification, Intuition, Manifestation and friendship. It is aligned with the Throat/Third Eye Chakra and is the birthstone for September. Lapis was one of the first stones to be used for jewelry making and is found in Egypt, Afghanistan, Canada and Chile.
