All in-store purchases are final sale.
You must notify us via email within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any items. Returns are issued as store credit only — no refunds will be provided.
The following items are non-refundable:
To initiate a return, please email us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Items must be returned within 5 business days of receiving your RMA number.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Once approved, store credit will be issued to your account.
The following items are non-refundable: Pre-packaged Gold Filled Beads, Sterling Silver Beads, Rose Gold beads, Crimp Beads, Jump Rings, Pre-packaged Findings, Custom items, cut bead strands, loosened wires, opened bead kits, and/or cut chain.
If a product arrives defective, we ask that you email us upon receipt of the package with a photo to determine the best course of action.
If an item is marked as delivered by USPS or an International mail carrier the items will not be refunded. It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase additional insurance or register their international parcel to ensure its safe arrival. Please contact us if you would like to insure your package.
