AMAZONITE

Amazonite is an pearlescent stone that varies in color between blue and green tones. Amazonite is said to be a soothing stone to calm the brain, alleviate stress, exhaustion and maintain optimum health. Although its name is derived from the Amazon River, no deposits have been found there. Amazonite has been mined in Brazil, Canada, Italy and Russia.
